What is the Demand for Furnished Flats?

I work as a real estate agent in the Gayrettepe region.
Throughout Istanbul, I provide furnished rental services of houses that meet my criteria.
First of all, what I observed is that the rental period for unfurnished flats is approximately 45 days and there is a certain movement.
There is an increase in prices.
As for furnished flat rentals, I observed that the demand is weak.
I currently have four furnished flats available for rent in attractive locations.
One is Emirgan, the others are Kağıthane Talatpaşa mh, Beşiktaş Serencebey hill, and the other is Üsküdar.
Despite my intensive marketing efforts, the phone I received is quite weak.
When I examine the demand for furnished apartment rentals, I see that foreign students or companies are dominant.
