What is the Current Demand for Furnished Rental Flats in Beşiktaş Region?
Currently, my portfolio of furnished rental flats in Beşiktaş and its immediate surroundings is five.
I have furnished rental flats in Beşiktaş center, Kağıthane Talatpaşa mh, Emirgan, Gayrettepe and Üsküdar.
Even though I have been doing intensive marketing efforts for about 2 months, the demand is quite low.
I rented my sixth flat in the center of Üsküdar in two days. Even though I did not remove the ad, the phone number I bought there is very low.
Considering that universities were opening, I expected demand to be much higher.
Most of the low-frequency calls I receive are from people of foreign origin.
When I think about the price levels and compare it with its peers, I do not see any problems with the pricing.
When I listen to the opinions of business people of different backgrounds with whom I am in contact, I come to the following thought: Both those who have money and those who do not have money are tightening their belts a lot.
They prefer to lower standards and cut budgets.
As is the case with the economy in general, the middle segment is shrinking. Some of them are directed to the upper income segment, while the majority are directed to the lower income segment.
