Is the Attraction of Short-Term Furnished Rentals Declining?

Two weeks ago, I received the marketing & rental authorization for a furnished 2+1 flat in Baylassin Prime Residence in Kagithane Talatpasa district.
When I talked to the property owner, he said that short-term rentals have good aspects, but they are a very tiring process and he prefers a quieter rental process, so he wants to rent furnished for a long time.
My rental period for fully furnished flats, residences and villas in Istanbul is minimum 3 months. I do not have a positive approach to those who want to rent furnished for less than 3 months.
I got a call from another property owner today. I met him about 4 months ago. He asked me for some time. He said that he would make a short-term rental for a certain period of time because he needed cash.
In our conversation today, he said that he was recovering and wanted to make a long-term furnished rental.
It seems that due to different reasons, the demand for long-term furnished rentals will increase throughout Istanbul in the coming period.
