1+1 Furnished Rental Flats Are Most Requested.

Over the last month or so, I have started to receive increasing calls from property owners who want to rent out their furnished flats.
Almost all of the flats are 2+1.
Our furnished rental flats are located in Kağıthane-Talatpaşa mh, Beşiktaş center, Emirgan and Üsküdar.
When I look at the demand side, the callers are mostly foreign students.
Their preference is 2+1 furnished flats, with a predominance of 1+1.
The demand for the 3+1 furnished flat I rent is much less.
One of the main issues I focus on when prospective foreign tenants are formed is whether they have suitable guarantors resident in Turkey.
If prospective foreign tenants do not have suitable guarantors, the only possible rental method is to collect annual or shorter-term rent in advance.
When there is a demand for domestic student tenants, we make the contract through their parents.
