Afterwards, when it is fully furnished and rented, it can provide 30-50% more rental income than renting unfurnished.
However, since the person renting a furnished apartment generally lives in the rent for a maximum of 2 years, it is more possible to catch current rent levels.
The cost of the goods can be amortized in a maximum of 2 years.
As a result, purchasing a 1+1 or 2+1 flat in new or young buildings close to public transportation can be an attractive investment method.
