Renting furnished flats, houses, villas and residences is also one of my services.
I also try to rent mid- and upper-segment real estate in Beşiktaş and its immediate surroundings as furnished.
The ideal number of rooms for furnished rental is 1+1 or 2+1. This is the number of rooms with the highest demand.
Those who rent furnished generally intend to stay for a certain period of time. They usually plan to reside for 6 months or 1 year.
The person staying in this rental is usually 1 or 2 people.
Therefore, 1+1 or 2+1 is the most preferred number of rooms in furnished rental.
From time to time, 3+1 flats, houses, villas or residences are also in demand.
Demand for larger furnished houses is quite weak.
