Two different clients contacted me yesterday and asked if I had suitable properties for investment.

One of the properties I recommended to both of them was a reverse duplex apartment in a low-rise building in the Vişnezade district of Beşiktaş, close to Beşiktaş Çarşı.

From the very beginning, I believed that although our property was suitable for retail use, it would be an attractive option for a furnished rental.

It's in a location that would attract satisfactory student demand.

After spending some money on converting it into a residence and furnishing it, I anticipate it could be rented furnished for around 45,000-50,000 TL.

The list price for our relevant portfolio is 5,600,000 TL.

I believe an investment with a rental multiplier of approximately 120-130 months is attractive.

I also told both of my investors the same thing.

I assured them that I would support them throughout the entire process of renting a furnished property, so they wouldn't have to put in a lot of effort.
