When I receive the authorization for a real estate, my main focus is:
“Who will buy this place, who will rent it.”
One of the things I did regarding the rental apartment was to prepare a “Neighbor Letter” and hand-deliver the relevant letter to all the owners in the building.
In the letter, I stated which apartment in the building was rented at which price level, and I also mentioned that I would give priority to them in case there were tenant candidates.
My main focus in my real estate career is to create attractive value for my clients.
