We Rented Our Furnished Flat in Beşiktaş Vişnezade in a Very Short Time.

We rented our garden floor 2+1 fully furnished rental flat in three days, close to five buildings in the Maçka Residence project in the Beşiktaş Vişnezade area, where I started marketing activities by getting the authorization before the holiday.
Actually, there had been a candidate before, but since the tenant profile seemed risky, I made a negative report to the property owner.
Since our tenant is a foreigner, we added a suitable Turkish guarantor to our contract.
