What is the Demand for Furnished Rental in Upper Segment Residence Flats?

I found the second interested tenant candidate for our 2+1 residence flat on the high floor in the Selenium Panorama Residence project in Beşiktaş Gayrettepe region, where I have been working for about 20 days.
The first one wanted to move immediately, but our apartment was vacating at the beginning of October.
Our second candidate is a manager working in a senior position in an international company and is a customer through my real estate agent colleague. He's very involved.
Yesterday, the owner of the high-floor property in the Quasar Istanbul project, which I had previously rented furnished, called me and said that it would be rented again.
Demand is strong for furnished rentals in high-end real estate in the Beşiktaş region.
I predict that the main reason for this is that a certain segment of people who have financial power do not have to deal with operational issues and want to continue their lives.
They do not attach much importance to the rent they will pay, provided that it is of appropriate quality.
