My real estate agency focuses on high-end properties throughout Beşiktaş.

My real estate agency focuses on high-end properties throughout Beşiktaş.
New apartments, residences, villas, and plaza offices in the Etiler, Ulus, Nisbetiye, Levent, and Büyükdere districts.
If you ask me whether I prefer for sale or for rent, I'd say for sale because there's clearly a significant need for real estate added value in this segment.
I also work with rental properties that fit my segment.
My priority for rental properties is furnished properties.
I've recently received a portfolio of rental apartments, a significant portion of which are unfurnished.
I rented an unfurnished apartment in the Teşvikiye district without even listing it.
I rented a nice, unfurnished apartment in the Gayrettepe district within a week.
I received a tenant candidate for a lower-profile, unfurnished apartment in the Şişli Fulya district, but I didn't consider the apartment to be secure enough, so I gave the landlord a negative report.
I'm also working on a furnished 3-bedroom apartment in the Gayrettepe district. I received a candidate, but the process didn't progress.
My observation is that there's a noticeable interest in unfurnished rentals. There are several reasons for this.
While there is demand for furnished apartments, it's generally not as strong as for smaller apartments.
