Despite all the intensive and systematic marketing efforts I have made, so far I have only rented our flat in the new building in Üsküdar.
I can easily say that foreigners' payment budgets are more affordable.
Local candidates generally have a budget problem.
I expected the phones to ring much more intensely, especially during the school opening period.
I see from Gayrettepe, my area of expertise, that the demand for renting unfurnished flats has been high lately. The main reason for this is the need for temporary housing and workplaces due to urban transformation.
