What is the Demand for Furnished Rental Flats?

For the last two months, I had a portfolio of five furnished rental flats in my portfolio, for which I was the sole contracted official.
I rented the 2+1 in the new building in Üsküdar center in two days.
(In my real estate career, I have made around 40 furnished and unfurnished rentals. So far, I have never heard the slightest complaint about a tenant from the property owner or vice versa)
The rental process of my other four locations continues.
Considering the opening of schools and all my intensive marketing efforts, the time it takes is too long for me.
In general, demand is quite low.
Parallel to the general economic process, house rentals also follow a similar trend.
A certain segment has high purchasing power and their focus is only on the technical content of the relevant furnished apartment or residence for rent.
An important segment, I observed, is seriously price-oriented.
When I look at the tenant profiles, a significant portion of them are foreigners.
The demand for renting 1+1, 2+1 furnished flats and residences is quite high.
